If you’re having one of those days where you’re just not feeling happy, try to remember some happiness.
By that, I mean think back to something that made you happy in the past. Often, just by remembering a time when you were happy will help make you feel happy again.
Once you think of a happy time, let your mind take you back to that time. Really try to feel those feelings of happiness. Let them fill you up.
Visualize yourself back at that happy time. Remember the smell, the sounds, the sights. Feel the happiness you had at that point.
You’ll find your happiness power starting to build. Often, just remembering a happy time will make you feel happy in the present. When that happens just let that happy feeling continue to grow.
