I saw an article called How to Be a Millionaire in Flip-Flops about Sue Cooper who a few years ago started saying “Yes” to life.
By doing that she turned her life around, started a successful business, and is now living her dream.
The article got me to thinking about how many things we don’t say “Yes” to when they show up. Things like invitations to hang out with friends, opportunities to change our work, even just getting off the couch.
Now don’t get me wrong, it’s okay to say “No” to some things in life.
The question is are you always saying “no” and missing out on life?
If you find yourself constantly saying “No” spend time doing some soul-searching and decide whether saying “Yes” would be a better choice.
What can you say “Yes” to in your life today?
Here’s to finding your happiness power!
